Based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Turkey, from Monday, March 15, 2021, all foreign nationals must fill out an online form within 72 hours before arriving in Turkey, which can be found at https://register.health.gov.tr/. And by filling it a person will get the so-called HES CODE. The form is available in English.

HES CODE is an electronic form of monitoring the health status of all passengers, and is also necessary for entry into all shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and other government institutions. The completed form is required to be displayed by all passengers in printed or online form at the entrance to the country and when boarding the aircraft. All airlines will require a completed form, and passengers who do not own it will not be accepted on the flight.

The measure of having a negative PCR test done in the last 72 hours remains in effect until further notice.

A vaccination certificate with any vaccine will not be accepted instead of a negative PCR test.
