The Agreement between the Government of the Republic Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports will enter into force on 15 January 2017. Since that date, the citizens of both countries, holders of ordinary passports are eligible for entry, transit and residence in the territory of other Party without visas, for up to 30 days from the date to entry.
